With the development and growth of valve four-percent, China's traditional way of quotation is slowly changing, closer and closer to the international quotation standard, about the quotation can be understood.
In the past, the way was to quote according to the model: the valve on thematerial list was written on the mechanical (JB) standard valve model, and the valve factory provided products according to this standard, and the traditional trouble-saving approach was that no matter what: the engineering valve model must be, nothing can change.
In the past, it was often said that the life of domestic valves is short, easy to have a relationship with supply in addition to manufacturing reasons, for example: designers to choose a certain valve, other parts may meet the requirements, only the material of the valve is not very suitable, according to the old method is difficult to do, because the valve model material is fixed matching, had to barely use, the result is due to valve seat problems, quickly damaged, valve leakage or scrap. This procurement method is no longer feasible in the world, because the purchaser only provides the parameter requirements and manufacturing standards of the valve, and the valve manufacturer is needed to decide whether the valve in your factory meets its technical requirements in all aspects.
For factories that are still stuck in the above traditional supply methods, we must work hard from both hardware and software aspects, on the one hand, we must make our products not limited to the standard products of the Machinery Department (JB), and step up technical transformation so that they can make various standard valves. Such as American API standards, German DIN and other standards, and from technical documents to product samples can meet the requirements of buyers, of course, as we all know, export products to implement inspection standards and domestic product inspection standards are not the same, so to reach this level, technology has to go up a level.
Our country has successively issued some national standards for valves, such as: GB/T12252-89 through the supply requirements of valves GB/T13927-92 through the valve pressure test, etc., some of these standards are prepared with reference to or equivalent to the relevant standards of the international standard IS0, and some standards are prepared by themselves, neither equal nor equivalent qualified, and some foreign standards are still quite different. The inspection criteria are also different. However, products will be quoted according to national standard (GB) or industry standards.
Zigong valves and many other types of valves produced by some valve factories in the domestic market are mostly in accordance with the American API standard, German DIN, British BS standard to provide products for quotation, this is with the needs of the market, on the other hand, it is also the result of the continuous introduction of new technologies.
