China is facing rising comprehensive costs of production factors and enhanced resource and environmental constraints. The domestic valve export situation is optimistic, but it has not broken free from the severe competitive situation, and enterprises still need to work hard. It is necessary to seriously carry out the service activities of foreign trade enterprises of "grasping orders, promoting transformation and ensuring goals", fully implement the "measures for the development of foreign trade in services", optimize the export inspection process while strictly implementing the sampling and testing of export valve type tests, accelerate the speed of customs clearance, actively create a good foreign trade development environment for export valve enterprises, and strive to play the brand of China's valve industry in the world as soon as possible.

Expand domestic demand and promote the development of the industry

It is reported that the current per capita consumption level of valve casting products in China is still at a low level in the world, only 22 US dollars per capita, which is still in its infancy. The current international economic form is very complex, the capital debt crisis is intensifying, China's steel, metal products export form is severe, if the valve casting industry wants to get rapid development, domestic demand is inevitable. However, the current domestic demand is at a low level, and the subsequent development road is arduous. Therefore, China urgently needs to expand the domestic demand market of valve castings, open up the way forward of China's valve casting industry, and drive the development of China's valve casting industry.

The valve industry will develop in two main directions in the future, one is to develop from a single variety to multiple varieties and multiple specifications, and the other is to develop in the direction of energy saving. In order to meet the needs of a complete set of manufacturing projects, an enterprise needs to manufacture the valves required by the project, which determines that the trend of all the valves provided by a valve manufacturer will become larger and larger.
